1. #LASPOTECH : Freshers Meet The Important Buildings In The School

Alright, here is the deal, every Mondays and Wednesdays, Echoes will be introducing to you some key areas in the school premises till every single part of the school have been covered.
So, for today, we will be taking it from the first gate of the school, where we have the podium and the school field to the left and Skye Bank, the school clinic and the school guest house to the right as you step into the school premises through the first gate.

THE PODIUM: Yeah, that is it at the top left in the pics, its where everyone get to seat and ave a cool rest, and wait for whosoever they are waiting for. Its also used as the high ground where important officials seat during the school's convocation as it is directly facing the school field.

THE FIELD: Ehn, i believe we all know what a field is, it also connects the first gate to the second gate area of the school, and that is it you are seeing at the right side bottom of the pics, and that blue roof you are seeing far away, believe me, you dont want to get to know that building, because its not a place you receive hand shakes at all but the opposite.

SKYE BANK: i am sorry, the pics i omitted, but its very easy to locate, the first building you see as you step into the premises from the first gate is the skye bank, where you make your S.U.G (Students Union Government) dues, and some other ones sha.

THE SCHOOL CLINIC: Yes, one of the most important buildings in the school and a place you have just got to visit to complete your registration. Your medical registration is done in that building, every sick, injured and incomplete students are attended to there. Don't be scared, the doctors and nurses are very nice and you will love meeting them. that is it at the bottom right side of the pics.

THE GUEST HOUSE: This building is not a go area for you, noooooo, you are not expected to go there at all, not meant for the students but for the lecturers to flex and enjoy themselves after a hard day job, and the outside world also comes in to use the place for their leisure. The school guest house have got some rooms and please don't ask me what they are used for and what is been done in the rooms. That is the building at the top right corner of the pics.



That little yellow box you are seeing is the post office, i have never made use of it, but i have got friends who can vouch for it.
This is the first gate area.

  The evacuations have come amid a grueling heat wave, the coronavirus pandemic and air thick with smoke. The wildfires have burned through more than 350,000 acres. The wildfires that continued to rip across Northern California on Thursday have forced 62,000 people from their homes and threaten evacuations for 100,000 more. Firefighters have struggled to contain the blazes, and massive smoke clouds have harmed the air quality. A large group of fires burning in wine country west of Sacramento had grown to cover 131,000 acres, according to Cal Fire, the state’s fire authority. The agency said that, in all, nearly 350,000 acres have burned in Northern and Central California, with many fires sparked by lightning strikes in the high heat and then fanned by winds. Those conditions helped new fires sprout across the state on Wednesday and Thursday, and caused other fires to merge, complicating efforts to contain the combined blazes. #Yara Virus : The New Mysterious Virus Found In Brazil.

Scientists have discovered a new virus in an artificial lake in Brazil. This mysterious virus found in amoebae has been named “Yaravirus.” This latest discovery comes as the coronavirus from China continues to ravage the world. While the world scrabbles around looking for a cure for the deadly coronavirus, scientists have found another virus. Unlike the former which started in  China,  this new one comes from an artificial lake in  Brazil. Independent  reports that this virus named "Yaravirus" was found in an amoebae.
